We live in rather troubling times with a heavy dependency upon technology. It is equally disturbing how much we rely on electricity just to have a “normal” everyday life.
With technology that comes in many different shapes, sizes, and levels of complexity, it is no surprise that so many people are content with dealing with their power provider and taking the electricity gained from an outlet for granted. After all, technology is intended to make life easier, but unfortunately it has just as much opportunity to make our lives miserable, or when we lack it; to make life very complicated.
